What is a YouTube Channel Username?​

A YouTube channel username is the unique identifier that appears after the "@" symbol on a channel's page. For example, in "@TrackiusTestAccount", the username is "TrackiusTestAccount".

Steps to Get a Channel Username​

  1. Visit the YouTube Channel

    • Go to the YouTube channel you want to track
    • Look at the channel's main page where their content is displayed

  2. Locate the Username

    • Find the channel name at the top of the page
    • Look directly underneath the channel name
    • The username will be preceded by an "@" symbol
    • Copy the text after the "@" symbol

Example:

Trackius Test Account
@TrackiusTestAccount • 3 videos

In this example, the username is "TrackiusTestAccount"

Important Notes​

  • Not all channels may have a custom username
  • The username is case-sensitive
  • Make sure to copy the username exactly as it appears, without the "@" symbol
  • Some channels might have a channel ID instead of a username - in these cases, please contact our support
