We're sorry to see you go! This guide will help you safely manage your trackers, data, and tokens. We'll make sure you have everything you need before saying goodbye.

Step 1: Review Your Active Trackers

Check Active Tracking

  • Log into your Trackius dashboard
  • Review all active trackers across platforms
  • Note any important configurations you might want to save
  • Export tracking history if needed

Pause or Delete Trackers

  • Stop all active tracking processes
  • Delete or archive trackers you no longer need
  • Ensure all webhook and API integrations are removed
  • Disconnect any linked notification channels (Telegram, Discord)

Step 2: Manage Your $TKUS Tokens

Review Token Balance

  • Check your current $TKUS token balance
  • Verify any pending rewards or distributions
  • Ensure no active subscription is using your tokens

Withdraw Tokens

  • Transfer $TKUS tokens to your external wallet
  • Double-check transaction details before confirming
  • Keep transaction records for your reference

Step 3: Export Your Data

Download Tracking History

  • Export tracking logs and history
  • Save any custom filter configurations
  • Download analytics and performance data
  • Backup any saved searches or templates

Save Configurations

  • Export your tracker settings
  • Save webhook configurations
  • Backup any custom filtering rules
  • Download API integration details

Disconnect Wallet

  • Go to wallet settings
  • Click "Disconnect Wallet"
  • Confirm the disconnection
  • Clear any cached wallet data

Revoke Permissions

  • Visit Etherscan
  • Revoke any permissions granted to Trackius
  • Verify all connections are terminated
  • Clear any remaining wallet authorizations
